Stainless Steel Corrugated Hose Assembly – 40 mm × 1 Meter (SS 304 Grade)
This flexible hose assembly is manufactured using corrugated stainless steel tube in SS 304 grade, offering excellent corrosion resistance, high tensile strength and durability in a wide range of industrial applications. The corrugated design provides flexibility to absorb vibration, thermal expansion and misalignment between rigid piping and equipment, while still maintaining reliable fluid or gas transfer performance.
The hose is supplied at a length of 1 meter, measured from end fitting to end fitting, ensuring easy installation and a precise fit for your piping requirements. SS 304 grade stainless steel ensures long service life even in mildly corrosive environments, high humidity conditions and where periodic cleaning or steam sterilization is expected.
To enhance protection against mechanical damage, abrasion and high ambient temperatures, the hose is provided with a Pyrojacket outer protective jacket. The Pyrojacket offers additional safety for the inner corrugated hose, shielding it from heat, external impacts and environmental wear, which increases the overall reliability and lifespan of the assembly.
Both ends of the hose are terminated with BSP swivel nut fittings with male BSP threaded adapters, allowing for quick, secure and leak-free connections to mating male BSP threads on valves, flanges or pipe ends. The swivel nut feature makes installation easier by preventing twisting of the hose body during tightening and alignment.
This SS corrugated hose assembly is ideal for use in industrial fluid handling, steam lines, HVAC systems, chemical transfer applications, gas piping and instrumentation connections where flexibility, strength and corrosion resistance are critical.
